Options for employee registration
Attendo allows several methods of employee registration, as well as combining different method’s mentioned bellow. We are sure that we can satisfy all your requirements.
Clock in terminals
Employees registering using fixed terminals. Registration can be done using RFID cards (125 kHz and 13.56 MHZ), fingerprint or facial recognition. Terminals can also be used for access control at the same time.
Mobile terminal
Turn your smartphone into a touchscreen registration terminal. Registration is available by using RFID cards (13.56 MHz). Mobile terminal is recommended in cases where teams frequently change work locations.
Mobile application
Employees register using their smartphones, Android or iOS. In addition to viewing their records, employees can send a leave request through the application. The employer can limit the use of the mobile application to a specific location with the help of GPS or from a specific LAN network.
Web portal
Employees are registered through the web portal. In addition to viewing their records, employees can send a leave request through the portal. This method of recording enables a high level of transparency and share the responsibility for proper clocking and clock-in data control to individual employee.
